Terms of Service
The rules of engagement.

Plain English, intentionally short. These cover Loftik for the launch cohort; we'll expand them as the product matures.
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of Loftik, including the website at loftik.namaasol.com and the Loftik service.
Loftik is operated by {{LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME}} ({{COMPANIES_HOUSE_NO}}), registered in the United Kingdom at {{REGISTERED_ADDRESS}}. Email hello@loftik.namaasol.com.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales unless you're a consumer in another EU/EEA country, in which case you can also use your local courts.
2. What Loftik is
Loftik is a SaaS substrate-as-a-service. We provision a working software stack on infrastructure you control: domain, server, database, payments, email, mobile shells, plus integrations to your AI coder of choice.
You build your product on top. We keep the foundation running.
3. Signing up & using Loftik
By signing up you confirm:
- You're 16 or older
- The email address is yours, or you have authority to use it
- Any payment method is yours, or you're authorised to use it
- You'll use Loftik in good faith and within the law
You can cancel at any time — see §10.
4. Pricing & billing
The price ladder is on the marketing page. In summary:
- Sandbox — £0. Free forever, capped at 3 users and 100MB.
- Launch — £79 one-time + £7/month. Setup fee covers month 1. Monthly billing starts at month 2.
- Growth — £19/month. Automatic graduation after your app's 15th sign-up. We email a month before the change.
Setup fee is non-refundable after 14 days. Within 14 days, full refund if we haven't yet provisioned your stack. Monthly fees are pro-rated on cancellation.
Stripe handles payments. We never see your card details.
5. What we provide
See the marketing page's "What's included" section for the canonical list — domain, server, mail, payments, mobile shells, etc.
We aim for 99.5% uptime on the Launch tier and 99.9% on Growth. No SLA credits in v1 — if you have persistent issues, email us and we refund the most recent month.
6. What you provide
- An accurate email address you can receive mail at
- A product idea that doesn't break the law or our acceptable use policy (no scams, no malware, no illegal content, no spam apps)
- If on the Launch / Growth tier: a working Stripe Connect account for taking payments from your customers
- If submitting mobile apps to stores: your own Apple Developer and Google Play accounts (we don't submit on your behalf — see §8)
7. Your code, your data, your infrastructure
Loftik's substrate code is licensed permissively to you. Your product code (everything you build on top) is yours alone.
Your Loftik runs on infrastructure provisioned in your name. If you cancel, you keep:
- The GitHub repo (already under your account)
- The domain (already in your name)
- The server (root credentials transferred to you)
- The database (full export to your email)
- Customer data (unchanged on your server)
- Mailboxes (Infomaniak credentials transferred to you)
No exit fee. No data extraction charge. Walk away with everything.
8. App stores
We build iOS and Android shells from your code, ready to submit. We don't submit on your behalf. You're responsible for:
- Apple Developer Program account ($99/year)
- Google Play Console account ($25 one-time)
- Store metadata, screenshots, privacy declarations
- Compliance with each store's review guidelines
- Submission, review responses, and rollout
9. AI inside your app
Two options for runtime AI:
- Bring your own key (default). Your Anthropic / OpenAI / OpenRouter account, billed directly by the provider. No Loftik involvement.
- Loftik passthrough (optional). One bill, included token allowance, vendor switching without code changes, built-in cost caps. We mark up provider rates; the markup is internal — your invoice shows a single line.
You can switch between the two at any time.
10. Cancellation & termination
Cancel any time from your Loftik dashboard. Standard offboarding takes 7 days — you keep the grace period to change your mind. After 7 days the handover is final.
We can terminate your account if you:
- Use Loftik for illegal purposes
- Send spam or malicious content from Loftik infrastructure
- Attempt to compromise Loftik's security or other customers' instances
- Fail to pay an outstanding invoice for more than 30 days after multiple reminders
If we terminate you for cause, you still keep your code, domain, server, and data — we just stop billing and providing service. We don't hold things hostage.
11. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount you've paid Loftik in the previous 12 months. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages.
This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK or EU law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. When we make a material change we'll email everyone with a Loftik account before it takes effect.
